At RELICR, we want you to love what you ordered. 30-day returns, simple and clear.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 30 days from delivery to send your item back for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@relicr.shop with your order number. We'll send you the steps — pack it up in its original condition and send it back. Once we receive it, we process your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
